
I’m Daniel Latham, and I run DJLConsulting. I work with growing businesses that want to tighten up how they operate, build stronger teams, and plan for the future with clarity.
I spent more than a decade helping to scale a fast-growing technology business from a strong foundation into a multi-million-pound operation. Along the way I learned what happens when growth moves faster than structure, and how to keep performance, people and culture aligned throughout that change.
Now, I help other business owners do the same: simplify what’s overcomplicated, make processes support people (not the other way round), and build teams that can handle the next stage of growth.
My approach is calm and pragmatic. I learn from the data but make my own calls, balancing analysis with instinct. I’m also a qualified ISO auditor, but I care about what makes a business run smoothly day to day, rather than just ticking compliance boxes.
