Your business is flying,
but is it ready for the next step?

You have been flat out, and your business has grown on the back of it.

That initial structure worked for you then, but sustained growth demands more capacity than it was built for.

That gap is what I help owners close.

Does this sound familiar?

Your team do an excellent job. What nobody has is the time to fix the things everyone quietly puts up with, and those are usually where the hours and the margin go.

Usually it looks something like this:

  • outdated processes that depend on individuals
  • systems that no longer fit the business, at this stage or the next one
  • people working around the systems instead of being supported by them
  • extra people taken on to keep on top of the admin, when the admin is the thing that needs fixing

And the same problems come round again and again, costing you money and your reputation.

None of that means the business is badly run. It means nobody has had the room to step back and sort it out, which is exactly where I can help.

What I do about it

Where we start depends on how much you already know about what is wrong. Most people begin with a review, because the right fix is hard to spot from the inside.

Operations review

Time inside the business, following the work from enquiry through to invoice, after which you get a short written read on what is costing you and what to deal with first.

How The Review Works

Systems and process build

For when the problem is already understood and what you actually need is somebody with the time to go and solve it properly. I design the process, build it with the people who will use it, and hand it over working rather than documented.

What A Build Looks Like

Fractional operations support

A day or two a month for businesses that feel the absence of an operations director but are nowhere near ready to carry one on the payroll.

How The Retainer Works

ISO readiness

I am a qualified ISO auditor, so if a client or a tender has asked for 9001 or 27001 I can get you there without the folder nobody reads, because the documentation is built around how you already work.

Getting Audit Ready

Automation and practical AI

A lot of the admin a growing business hires for can now be handled by software. I build the tools myself, so what you get is something your team uses on Monday rather than a business case for something you might buy later.

How it works

It starts with half an hour on the phone, which costs nothing and gives me the chance to tell you honestly whether you need me.

If we identify opportunities to improve, I spend time inside the business, seeing how it really runs rather than how it is supposed to.

What comes back is a clear, concise report on where the time and money go and what to deal with first. Take it and run it yourself, as plenty do, or I stay on and we build it together.

The first step is a conversation

Half an hour on the phone is usually enough for us both to work out whether there is something worth doing here.
