One enquiry. Two outcomes.
An enquiry arrives at 9.04pm. Most customers have asked more than one business.
The work went to whoever replied first.

You stay in control
Approve each reply. Or let it run.
Your choice: approve every reply, or let routine ones go automatically. You can change it, or pause Pace at any time.
Thank you. Your quotation for 3 pallets, Leeds to Southampton, collected on Tuesday, is attached. Reply to this email to confirm and we will book it in.
Complaints, unusual requests and large jobs always come to you, whichever option you choose.
Who it is for
The same applies to a pallet delivery, a boiler service, a deep clean or a marquee hire.
Owners on the job
You are on site or on the road when enquiries arrive, including evenings and weekends. Pace answers them while you work.
Busy inboxes
You or your team spend hours a day on email replies. Pace handles the routine ones so their time goes on the rest.
Quotes that need questions
You need a few details before you can price. Pace collects them, then quotes or passes you a complete enquiry.
